I have to agree with moco here drop precise. As a starting rune goes it's one of the fairly worthless ones. I'd only use it on a very select few builds and a bird scout is definitely not one of them. You should already have no problem with ATR as bow scouts get some of the highest available (as well as two def cuts) in the game not to mention GM P-stance should you really need it. It's hard to justify wasting points on +5% ATR at startup on a scout. If you are playing this toon right during a fight you should not have any problems with ATR even when debuffed.tucsok1588 wrote:can i leave the precision at the beginning of the game, what do you think? Although I would go with the 20 con over the Int as I think it will net you more survivability in the long run than 25 more int onto RC's heal. And why anyone would think that UH's T2 proc is "nice burst damage" with either 60 or 85 INT baffles me.
